Step 2: Submit Your Application

Once you have found a position of interest, click the Apply Now button. You will be redirected to create a profile in our careers portal or log in to complete the application. This process typically takes 5 to 10 minutes. If you do not have a resume, that’s okay; the application will ask you to input your education, work history, skills, and abilities and create one for you! Our recruiters are not AI robots, review all applications! Due to this, it may take some time before you hear back from us.

Step 3: The Interview

Interviews at ONE Gas are completed in various ways, from phone calls to in-person/virtual meetings, coffee chats, and lunches. We ask questions related to our five Core Values and technical questions related to the job you are considering. You may also be required to attend multiple interviews, which is just more opportunities to discuss what you bring to the table!

Step 6: Onboarding

As a new hire, you will receive a welcome email with an onboarding checklist on your first day with important tasks and contacts. You will automatically be enrolled in an Onboarding eLearning Module through our learning management system and the next New Hire Orientation class. The module will help you navigate the basics as a new employee and cover the requirements needed to succeed at ONE Gas. Our virtual New Hire Orientation class is designed to familiarize you with ONE Gas and allow you to meet other new hires and ONE Gas executives.
